What is included when you register as an exhibitor?

Exhibitors also receive:

    A listing in the conference exhibitor directory located in conference program that is distributed to all conference attendees if you are registered by noon on November 3, 2017.

    Two registered attendee lists in an Excel format.

        The first electronic list of conference attendees will be e-mailed five business days after the close of the advance registration deadline. This will allow an Exhibitor the opportunity to do one pre-conference and one post-conference mailing to attendees.

        A second and final list will be sent approximately five business days after the close of the conference and will provide you with a complete roster of attendees, including on-site registrations. This is a one-time only complimentary rental of these lists. (Please be advised that per CASE policy, e-mail addresses are private and are not distributed.)

Please Note – The exhibit hall is carpeted however, electricity is not included. Exhibit Hall space is prioritized by sponsorship levels and previous conference attendance. We will do our best to accommodate all requests for specific booth space and but requests cannot be guaranteed.

Exhibitor or Conference Sponsor?

A Conference Sponsor for the conference will receive sponsor recognition based on the monetary fee provided. Sponsorships for CASE V range from $2,000 to $15,000 and may include premium exhibitor space.

An Exhibitor at the conference will receive booth space in our exhibit hall, name recognition in the conference program and the attendee publication as well as access to registered attendees.

Take advantage of these volunteer opportunities to expand your network

Become a member of the 2017 CASE V Conference by volunteering during the conference. Volunteers are needed as session hosts and staff for the Registration Desk, and the Local Hospitality, and Evaluations areas. To volunteer for any of these positions, contact Marty Bailey or Lindsay Vahl
