• Refunds are made on conference fees only. All special event fees and luncheons are non-refundable.
     
  • All requests for refunds must be submitted in writing and will incur a $100 fee.  Cancellations must be received no later than 5 p.m. Friday, November 29, 2017 by email at membersupportcenter@case.org. For further information, call (202) 328-2273.
     
  • To maintain a low cost per registrant, CASE District V is unable to offer refunds after Friday, November 29, 2017 for any reason. No refunds due to injury, illness, or inclement weather.
     
  • Conference registrations may be transferred to another member from your institution at any time.

  • Hotel Reservations are billed and processed separately from conference registrations. All major credit cards are accepted for payment.
